AMROS Marketing provides a SaaS platform designed for local businesses. Our Services include CRM management, marketing automation, funnel building, and communication tools (including email and SMS) powered by the GoHighLevel platform.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications, you agree to the following SMS Messaging Terms:

Program Description: When you opt in to our service, you can expect to receive messages regarding appointment reminders, onboarding alerts, and new offers related to our SaaS platform.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 623-264-0600. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message Frequency: You will receive transactional messages based on your interaction with our platform and scheduled appointments. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or opt-in process.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, sending spam, uploading malicious code, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the GoHighLevel infrastructure.

Access to our SaaS platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
